1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 718pub, accessing any part of the 718pub platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

718pub reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on 718pub, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 718pub account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 718pub employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

718pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 718pub does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your 718pub wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. 718pub processes withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking hours.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 718pub platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

718pub is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 718pub platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules. General gameplay conditions include:

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 718pub use independently certified RNG systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, 718pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Bets placed during a confirmed technical error may be voided at 718pub's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 718pub platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 718pub platform — including but not limited to the 718pub name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 718pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 718pub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 718pub platform without prior written consent from 718pub.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

718pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 718pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 718pub platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 718pub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11. Termination

718pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your 718pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions — shall survive the termination of your account.

12. Responsible Gaming

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
